LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an upbeat and flexible team player to join an established local company, your main responsibilities will include:
Liaison with packers, shipping agents, haulers and trade partners to arrange the despatch, packing and shipping of goods worldwide.
Analyse packing and freight costs.
Creation of customer acknowledgements and export shipping documentation, including certificate of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists and EUR 1 forms and demonstrating an understanding of letters of credit.
Maintain database / spreadsheet of current production machinery requirements for shipping
Maintain records of all stock
Maintain adequate stock of samples for machines testing trials and exhibitions.
Liaise closely with the sales team.
Previous manufacturing experience would be an advantage but is not essential!
