vacancy expectations in detail.
Confirm timetable and communication process.
Draft of advert submitted for approval and confirmation of editorials
to be used.
Research, identify, approach and interview suitable candidates.
Submit a selection of formatted Curriculum Vitaes with interview
notes to client.
Arrange shortlisted candidates for interview confirming in writing
to both candidates and client alike, details of appointment time
and location etc.
Provide references and if required arrange psychometric tests for
shortlisted candidates.
Assist client in negotiating the candidates package.
Confirm appointment, job specification, benefits and package.
