By personally communicating with the client and gaining a detailed
understanding of the client's business and qualities required by

Personal visit by a consultant to ascertain client company profile
and culture, expectations and needs of position and person specification,
benefits package and prepare draft of proposal confirming recruiting
timetable, reporting and communication process. To obtain full client
information/literature pack.
Confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Liaison with client on progress and inform of candidates being
selected for introduction to client.
Submission of candidate Curriculum Vitae and Interview Notes to
client and discuss candidates to proceed with.
Arrange and confirm in writing to candidates place and time of
final interviews. Confirm to client in writing timetable of final
selection interviewees. Provide job specification and company literature
to candidates.
Discuss and review and if necessary mediate between both parties
in preparation of offer to candidate.
References to be taken up on candidates to confirm quality.
Forward acceptance offer to candidate and confirm start date and
raise invoice to client.
Invoiced in 3 stages: One third on retention, one third on presentation
of shortlist, and one third on appointment
