Hampshire, Waterlooville £8.65 - £9.62 per hour + Bonus

Our client is a leading home furnishings company and is currently looking to recruit a Team Leader.
The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated self-starter, have the ability to manage a team with a strong coaching background and must have highly developed interpersonal skills.
Your role will be to:
•Maximise the number and quality of leads/appointments leadings to a maximum possible return for the company.
•Play an active role in ensuring that the Company and department targets are achieved.
•Train, develop and motivate a team
•Achieve the departments benchmarked standards
You must:
•Have a basic level in using Microsoft Word and Power point packages
•Experience of using Microsoft Excel to construct spreadsheets due to the high level of numerical work
•Willingness to learn new skills
•Must have previous experience in an outbound call centre and have had experience in a supervisor’s role.
•Motivated and enthusiastic
•Good organisational skills
•Understanding on what motivates others
Working hours are Saturday 9:00am-17:00pm and Sunday 10:00-16:00pm.
