This is an urgent contract position lasting approximately 3 months, to assist a small human resources department within a large international organisation.
If you have 1-2 years Human Resource administration experience and a get up and go attitude we want to hear from you.
You may be working towards your CIPD qualification or have completed your CPP with the minimum experience requirement alongside that.
They have a number of outstanding projects which the successful candidate will have to pick up and run with immediately, thinking on your feet and a can do attitude is essential. You will act as the first point of contact for employees and outside contacts alike and will always work in a professional and confident manner. There are also a large amount of administration tasks outstanding which will need immediate attention.
This role will challenge and also enable further personal development for the right candidate.

Inbound Customer Services
Inbound Customer Services (Full Time) – Temp – Perm!!
£5.25 whilst training (3 days)
£5.75 when completed training
An exciting opportunity has become available with one of out prestigious clients based in the Portsmouth area.
This full time role is working on behalf of a well known service provider. The main focus of this role is to provide excellent customer support and service to internet users.
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications include:
•Logging, tracking and problem management of calls received.
•Responsibility for ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction
•Supporting the process for customer complaints
•A strong understanding of IP networking preferable however not essential.
•Ability to deal with customers on all levels
•Assertive approach with diplomatic people skills.
•Confidence to act as the single point of contact and OWN complaints.
•Ensuring escalation and updates actioned appropriately is essential
Core Competencies Include:
•Min one years experience in customer services
•Telephone Experience ideally
•Excellent Communication Skills
•Attention to detail and accuracy (call scripts/product knowledge/processes and procedures)
•Ability to handle objections/complaints
Project Calling Hours (inc. shift Patterns):
Monday to Friday 0800 - 2000
Alternate Saturdays 0800-1700
We do ask however that candidates are flexible for calling shifts between 0800-0000 (with one weeks notice) for possible cross training onto other UKONLINE projects with common shifts between 0800-2200
