Sales Office Manager
Our client based in Christchurch is seeking a Sales Office Manager to join their team
Duties will include:
• Full responsibility for the sales office
• Managing a small team
• Ensuring all sales orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Supervising and motivating a small team (x2 plus any temps)
• Answering the Telephone
• Taking orders direct from customers/sales men over the telephone/fax machine
• Producing delivery notes and invoicing daily all shipped orders.
• Liaising closely with the Area Sales managers about their Orders, Enquiries, Back order reports and all other requests.
• Liaising closely with credit control / warehouse
• Must be able to demonstrate a high level of Administration skills
• Position responsible to the UK Sales manager
The ideal candidate will have
• Experience of supervising a small team
• Administration, sales admin or sales admin experience
• Strong IT practical skills setting up printers awareness of short cuts etc
Hours: 8.30 – 17.00 / 9.00 – 17.30 Rota basis
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 DOE

Traffic and Car Parks Operative
Our client is looking for a candidate to join their customer service team situated at Bournemouth Airport.
You will be required to provide excellent customer service to users of the Terminal forecourt areas and car parks on a continuous basis, ensuring proper control and safe access for the general public and authorised users of these facilities.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
2.1 Provide assistance and direction to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
2.2 Assist customers and members of the public generally by ensuring proper access to all car parks and helping with any enquiry or problem.
2.3 Ensure all disabled bays are utilised for purpose and take action (following laid down procedures) when unauthorised parking is found.
2.4 Carry out patrols in all car parks to ensure compliance with Bournemouth Airport terms and conditions and take action (following laid down procedures) when unauthorised parking is found.
2.5 Ensure that, in the event of an electrical or mechanical fault to the car parking equipment, the agreed procedures for manual operation are followed so that an efficient service is restored as soon as possible.
2.6 Develop and sustain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
2.7 Fill out documents/forms, as required, in order to ensure the smooth running of the car parks and traffic management operation.
2.8 Undertake any duties relating to the smooth running of the car parks and traffic management operation.
2.9.1 Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are complied with.
2.10 Comply at all times, whilst on duty, with the Company's uniform dress code agreement in order to meet the customer service standards set.

Our client based in Ferndown is seeking a Creative Executive to join their team
Duties will include:
•Working with the Creative Manager to translate creative visions and marketing briefs for photography and the in-store environment, taking responsibility for the co-ordination of themes and props for specified projects.
•Desiging Artwork for all global advertisements for press, brochures, stationary etc. ensuring all company brand and local advertising guidelines are followed, and that all print requirements are produced to the highest possible standard before approval by the Creative Manager.
•Assist the Creative Manager in analyzing sales data to identify best-sellers and key focus areas that can be used in colour-way choices and window display.
•Represent the company and its brand appropriately to all external sources.
•Organising and archiving all ‘in-progress’ and complete artwork in a transparent and efficient manner.
•Manage own work load by negotiating projects with relevant internal customers and seek to develop and improve current and new processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
•Retouch images using Photoshop
•Schedule work effectively so that all print brief deadlines are met.
The ideal Candidate will have:
• Design based/creative arts qualification would be desirable
• Highly proficient in MAC In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop programs
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Great team player, able to collaborate with, support, encourage and contribute to an effective, high performing team.
