A sales background or experience of working to targets or deadlines would be helpful although not essential, as full training will be given. As you will take a large quantity of inbound applications from prospective customers, you must have excellent verbal communication skills so that you are confident in building rapport with customers over the phone. You will have a passion for sales in a target driven environment. We expect all of our operators to be dedicated to improving their own performance and raising the accepted best standard.
Your route to being an effective Inbound Call Centre Operator begins with an intensive and fully supported week of training, but we don’t stop there, at The Richmond Group we believe that support, encouragement and development should never stop and our commitment to this is second to none. This is a weekly paid position. Your start rate will be £6.30 per hour for your 3 month probationary period, then rising to £6.56 per hour after probation. This is a full time position including alternate Saturdays. Overtime is available upon request.

Compliance Officer for expanding finance company
We believe that our compliance personell should enable performance not inhibit it. We seek a Compliance Officer who can apply their knowledge and skills to help us gain a significant competative advantage and go about their work with a "can do" attitude to overcoming potential challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a compliance role however cultural fit and ability is more important than specific experience as a Compliance Officer or within the sub prime finance sector. The candidate will have a flexible common sense approach with an ability to build and successfully manage relationships within the group, with external partners and regulatory bodies.
As part of our Measure and Improve team and reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:
· Carrying out internal audits
· Proactively implementing solutions to rectify potential areas of weakness
· Maintaining operational compliance with FSA and Consumer Credit legislation, regulations, policies and codes governing the finance industry
· Approving the creation of compliant operational procedures, documents, advertisements and marketing materials
· Liaising across group companies and with regulatory bodies
