Temporary and Contract Recruitment
Pearcy Personnel will endeavour to supply personnel on a temporary
basis for all disciplines, be it commercial and/or industrial. Our
consultants are highly skilled and knowledgable in placing secretarial,
administration, accounts, IT, management and industrial personnel
and can advise and supply applicants to fulfil the client's requirements
on a short term or contract basis.
All applicants registering are subjected to a rigorous interview
and testing process and are fully referenced before being introduced
to the client.
Billing is agreed at time of order and is based on the individual
requirements of assignment.
A 13 week temp to perm service (by prior agreement ) is available
and should you wish to employ the applicant after this period, no
additional permanent agency fee will be implemented.
Contract rates of 6 and 9 month periods are available on all vacancies
as is Maternity Cover, usually based on a 6 month time scale.
Industrial temporary workers are usually paid on a 'parity' basis,
agreed at time of booking.
