You will require proven property claims experience for this role. Salary: £ 16500 - £ 17000   per annum  Send to a friend 16/3/10 Bournemouth Central Customer Services Advisor  ROLE: We are looking for a Business Support Advisors who would be responsible for assisting the Account Executives by dealing with the incoming post processing and underwriting of mid term adjustments, queries and additional information, and the Direct Debit process. You will also be responsible for liaising with the Underwriting team on referrals. Accuracy and attention to detail is also crucial as all procedures and underwriting criteria must be 100% precise. To follow written procedures for:- 1. Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls 2. Renewal calculations 3. Direct Debit processing 4. Mid term adjustments 5. Cancellations/lapses/declines 6. Any miscellaneous post 7. Referrals to insurers/technical team 8. Any other work undertaken - Maintain clear and concise information on each client dealt with - Plan and be responsible for own work load - Readily give assistance, information and support to your team and other teams where appropriate - Seek technical advice as required - Work as part of a team to encourage and motivate each other - To carry out any other tasks as may be required by your Manager - To identify and suggest improvements in systems, teamwork and procedures for the benefit of the organisation wherever possible.
