Direct Marketing Executive
Castle Cover is now a well known brand in the over 50’s Home and Motor insurance market. Established in 2006, our growth has been phenomenal; so much so that we were the fastest growing home insurer in 2007.
Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for preparing monthly marketing plans to support our direct marketing campaigns. Analysing the results of campaigns will be critical in revising future plans and in continually improving the effectiveness of our customer proposition and targeting. You will also be responsible for managing our outbound campaigns and call-buying activities. All of these have a very direct influence on results and on the bottom line. The role will also involve regular liaison with media and creative agencies.

Cash Management Adviser
Contribute to the effective management of all aspects of Accounts both receivable and payable.
Ensure all client monies are collected in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.

Online Marketing Executive
To be responsible for the development and implementation of the online marketing plan, and the day to day management of all online channels.
Responsibility for the maintenance, and regular updating, of the company website.
Management of external relationships with partner organisations/suppliers to develop website content and advertising plans.
Develop existing search engine marketing strategy to extend current activity through the targeting of key strands relating to the Castle Cover products.
Management of aggregator relationships to develop and optimise sales generated from chosen partner sites.
Responsible for the implementation and performance measurement of all online advertising campaigns including pay per click, display and email.
Identification and development of new and innovative advertising opportunities.
Development and delivery of internal briefings to sales teams and other departments.
To ensure that the company’s brand image remains consistent across all online activity, in line with offline activity.

Resource and Forecast Planning Assistant
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be to ensure the QMAX database is updated will all Sales Advisers changes in a timely manner and to provide the Operations Manager with daily assessment of the impact of absence across the various business areas.
You will need to have good knowledge and experience of QMAX, with the ability to Review call forecast curves and suggest shift pattern changes where appropriate with the Operations manager, audit Avaya login reports to ensure any, lateness and absences are reported to HR and business area managers, input overtime and agent changes, produce monthly reports for overtime and process all holiday requests weekly in line with the business restrictions and requirements by business area, provide weekly reports to review the progress of calls taken to calls abandoned for the current week and future week.. You will need to be flexible with a professional nature and have discretion when dealing with adviser issues of a sensitive nature

Outbound Sales Adviser circa £15K OTE £23K
Outbound Advisers will work within an expanding call centre in Poole. Making sales from various campaigns; the leads they use are very warm. Customers may have already contacted the company or are specifically searching for insurance product that we can also offer. Our prices are very competitive which make hitting targets and achieving sales achievable, your job will be to sell the benifits of the cover & close sale.
You will need to be resilient and thrive on a challenge, you will have a persuasive manner that wins over the customer, if you can convince them to “buy you” then they will have confidence in what we are offering. Target motivated individuals will have their efforts rewarded through a great bonus and incentive scheme and an additional outbound allowance will be given. You will be passionate about sales and have some experience of working to targets.
