Applications Developer
1. Delivery of software projects throughout their lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and integration.

Systems Support Technician
1. Providing hardware and software support for systems on a rota basis to cover all business operating hours
2. Managing resources to deliver operational systems availability according to SLA, providing service desk and Infrastructure support services to achieve this
3. To participate and/or lead technical improvement and development projects in line with the Infrastructure Plan
4. Providing 1st and 2nd line application support
5. Proactive system performance monitoring and tuning
6. Maintaining a secure local and wide area network
7. Providing telephony systems support on both hardware and software platforms
8. Technical understanding of Castle Cover Policy Administration platforms
9. Carrying out daily system checks across all service delivery systems and actively monitoring and reacting to any issues or changes
10. To liaise with third party suppliers and external support companies
11. To support and facilitate the implementation of all required hardware and software upgrades
12. Documentation of processes and system configuration
13. Ensuring that Castle Cover’s technical recovery plan is maintained and enhanced.

Outbound Sales Adviser circa £15K OTE £24K
Outbound Advisers will work within Castle Covers expanding Over 50's insurance providers in Poole. Generating sales from various campaigns; the leads they use are very warm and responsive. Customers may have already contacted the company or are specifically searching for insurance products that we can offer. Our prices are very competitive which make hitting targets and achieving sales achievable, your job will be to sell the benifits of the cover and company and ask for the business to get the sale.
You will need to be resilient and thrive on a challenge, you will have a persuasive manner that wins over the customer, if you can convince them to “buy you” then they will have confidence in what we are offering. Target motivated individuals will have their efforts rewarded through a great bonus and incentive scheme and an additional outbound allowance will be given. You will be passionate about sales and have some experience of working to targets.
