Collector Sales Consultant 
The Westminster Collection is one of the UK’s leading mail order collectables companies.

We sell stamps and coins to over 50,000 collectors. Well over 1,000 collectors have spent £10,000 - some have spent more than £100,000.

As a Collector Sales Consultant, you get to talk directly with our very best collectors and offer them some of the world's most exclusive and valuable coins and stamps. You never cold call.

We are now looking for bright, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our
successful Telemarketing department.

Customer Service Sales Advisors 
To handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, letter and email in a professional manner and add value by upselling through strong customer service skills.

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Take orders and payments from customers
• Prepare correspondence for customers by email or letter
• Answer customer service queries and resolve any issues as a matter of urgency
• Log all calls and letters
• Use in-house computer system (full training provided)
• Up/cross sell products by identifying sales opportunities from inbound calls
• Minimise customer cancellations
• Liaise with other departments when necessary
• Be flexible to assist the business as required
