As a local employer ourselves, we found searching for
the right candidate to fill a job vacancy could be an
expensive and tedious experience. Especially once you
have exhausted the weekly employment edition of your local
newspaper.
We tried looking to the Internet for a likely source of
employees, and we were disappointed to discover that not
one website came up to scratch!
Recognising this was one of those business opportunities
just going begging to be taken up by someone with the

September 2002.
We realised the success of BH jobs would depend very much
